Since the land to develop has surroundings of great natural and panoramic views, the objective client to place this residential condominium is foreign people who wish to live part of the year in Costa Rica looking for contact with the nature and at the same time to have all the services of health and entertainment in just few minutes trip. An example of this is the community of American artists that resides next to this project, which counts on its own reserve of flora and fauna. For this we are coordinating with members of this commune and contacts in the United States the promotion of the project for its future commercialization.
